Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Parts Specialist role based in Brockton, MA. The Parts Specialist is responsible for managing daily parts operations, including inventory control, order processing, and customer support.

This role involves assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts, maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. Strong communication and a customer-first approach are critical to keeping equipment running and customers satisfied.

$22 - $30 an hour.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience with inventory management and inventory control
• Clear and effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and order processing software
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry or parts-related role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
