Territory Manager Plymouth County / Eastern Norfolk County

Equipment East is hiring a Territory Manager based out of our Brockton, MA location, covering Plymouth County and Eastern Norfolk County. This is a field-based outside sales role focused on expanding market share, developing contractor and municipal relationships, and driving new equipment sales.

What you will do:

• Build and manage relationships with contractors, municipalities, and business owners
• Prospect and develop new equipment sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead through delivery and follow-up
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing options
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
• Coordinate with rental, service, and parts teams to support customers

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, construction equipment preferred
• Strong understnading of heavy and compact equipment applications
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and effective working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license

Compensation and benefits
Based salary $39,000 to $65,000 plus commission, health benefits, 401k with company match, paid time off, and company vehicle or allowance.
